In the perfect world, we’d meet you in person, to introduce ourselves and walk the house first hand, together. But in the pandemic world of 2020-2021, we’ve been limited to video walk throughs, online conversations and digital closings.
For most sellers that’s been a faster and easier process, but we can still mask it up and meet in person if needed!
We’ll aim to provide you a written offer as soon as we’ve gathered and analyzed all the relevant information (often the same day), so the sooner we speak the faster we can deliver you a top offer!
